Voting Question: We r searching for a new llasa apso puppy. Does ANYONE know where we might locate a local breeder?

We live in the Tacoma/Puyallup Wa Area......We are not interested in someone who runs a puppy mill atmosphere. If you you might know of someone who have some loving puppies for sale...would be grateful for information leading to a loving adoption.... we have looked on petfinder site..and consider this option also..been looking for right fit for months....but living in an apt a pup is our first option for training purposes such as crate training...Farm is next stop..for all strays and rescues..thanks for your thoughts on this.....
