I've recently ordered an item from the US (Washington, PUYALLUP). The item was dispatched on the 23/11/2011 and all I have been told is: Dispatched to Sort Facility, November 23, 2011, 6:23 pm, PUYALLUP, WA 98373 I understand that it's coming towards the period of Christmas so there will be a higher demand on these services.
